Website privacy notice

Last updated 16 October 2026

This notice covers the A5N Apps website at a5napps.com and its contact form. It is run by A5N Prime LLC. The Unclipboard app has its own privacy policy. Questions about either: apps@a5nprime.com.

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, business name (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
• Your network address, in a protected form. To stop abuse we count how many messages come from one network address and one email address. We store only a keyed one-way identifier for each, never the address itself, and those counters are deleted after at most one day.
• Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and loads nothing from third parties. Our network provider (Cloudflare) and our server process requests and may keep routine operational logs.

Why we use it

To read and answer your message, to keep a record of the conversation, and to protect the form from spam and abuse. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it goes

• Your message is sent as an email to apps@a5nprime.com, which reaches the mailboxes of the A5N Apps team (hosted on Microsoft 365). Replies go to the email address you gave us.
• The email is sent through our email provider, Resend. Our mail queue keeps a delivery record (time, topic and delivery status) indefinitely. The content of your message is removed from the queue as soon as the provider accepts it; if delivery fails the content is kept for at most seven days so it can be retried, then removed.

How long we keep it

Emails are business correspondence and stay in our mailboxes until we delete them. If you want your message and details deleted, email us and we will delete them from our mailboxes and confirm; the minimal delivery record described above (no message content, no name) remains.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or decline to use the form and email us directly instead. We use your details only for the purposes above.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date above. If we ever add analytics or other tracking, we will say so here first.
